Wedding doves

Today, white doves are a traditional enrichment of a wedding ceremony and they symbolize the beginning of the newlyweds’ life together. Usually, we rent a pair of doves in festively decorated cages that are released by the newlyweds. However, we also fulfil special requests for releasing more doves by the children of the newlyweds or bridesmaids, flocks of doves from large cages, or for any relative who did not live long enough to be there at the ceremony. We rent our doves for christenings, golden weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, photo-shoots for magazines, or the gala opening of international events.

About us

We have been renting wedding doves for over 10 years. We brought the first white carrier doves from abroad and were among the first to establish high quality breeding in the Czech Republic. Our doves are trained, vaccinated, dewormed and are truly carrier doves, which means that we can guarantee that they will indeed fly and not spoil the purpose of this wedding tradition. They are a symbol of the beginning of the common path of newlyweds, and that is why they are supposed to fly off in one direction.

Doves have perfect navigational skills. They circle in the sky for a while, and as soon as they find the right direction they fly home to the dovecote. Unfortunately, some dove breeders rent other types of white doves that are not carrier doves that die after they are released.
We offer many beautiful decorative cages, all of which are modified so that the doves can be taken out of them easily by our clients and are not injured. We deliver to specified locations at designated times, and you can also try out releasing the doves. The doves are rented from the dovecote in Třebotov near Prague (see price list).
